A new all-levels workshop for 55+ non-professionals will be held at TROIS C-L with Annick Pütz!

"How does the center connect to the periphery, and the periphery to its center?"

In this new workshop, this question will be explored in-depth through the body, senses, space, and group as a continuity that will guide Annick Pütz and the workshop participants.

You will be accompanied by Annick, whose artistic work draws from contemporary dance and Body-Mind Centering. This unique somatic approach combines movement, touch, and body awareness, relying on principles of anatomy and body development.

On the program: Awakening of the senses through movement, dance improvisations guided by intuition and imagination, exploration of complex notions embodied in simple choreographic structures...
