***Liberation Route and World War II***

Discover the historical sites and places of remembrance related to the Second World War. Follow in the footsteps of the Allied troops by covering part of the Liberation Route and the main memorials. This free guided tour will also introduce you to the permanent exhibition on the history of the German Occupation at the Lëtzebuerg City Museum.

***Wenzel Circuit***

The Wenzel Circuit takes you through the 1000 years of history of the city of Luxembourg. It takes you through the oldest districts of the city and some of the fortifications that have survived the ravages of time, which were inscribed in 1994 by UNESCO on the World Heritage List.

***Vauban Circuit***

The Vauban Circuit owes its name to the famous French engineer Sébastien le Prestre de Vauban (1633-1707) who transformed the city of Luxembourg into one of the most powerful fortresses in Europe, also known as the “Gibraltar of the North”.
