- 1:30-3:30 PM *Ayla*: "Strong back, soft front" - core strength and flexibility, isolations, snaky movements
- 3:45-5:45 PM *Alisa*: "Creative flow" - tips and tricks to make improvisation easy and fun
Sunday, January 26th:
- 10:15-12:15 PM *Lady Nimlas*: "Say what you mean" - staccato isolations, popping & locking in tribal fusion
- 12:45-2:45 PM *Ayla*: "Inner warrior" - martial arts fusion, expression of self-worth
- 3:00-5:00 PM *Alisa*: "Story time" - choreography
