Guided walk with Gérard Schmidt, biologist.
As part of the Walloon Water Days, the Aubange Initiative Syndicate, in collaboration with the Semois-Chiers River Agreement asbl, invites you to a walk on the transhumance of amphibians.
First, Gérard Schmidt will introduce you to the habits of amphibians during the mating and egg-laying period. Then, he will take you to the Battincourt ponds to observe the different species coming from the forest.

Meeting place: in front of the Odyssée 78 Group premises.
Please check a few days in advance to see if the activity is still taking place. The weather conditions must be suitable for the migration of amphibians.
