Eroticism and sexuality have always been part of our literature since its inception. Depending on public opinion, these themes have received more or less publicity over time. Why did Verseghy love to write poetry? Why did the female characters of László Németh seem to be opposed to joy? Faludy, on the other hand, took a pan-erotic approach. Some men sang of the pleasures of the body in a female voice, while women like Reneé Erdős were discredited as pulp fiction writers. How can orgasm be described? Can you imagine Jókai with an intensely erotic perspective? What did Kassák think of women?
This one-hour erotic exploration covers the passionate palette from our beginnings to today. The speaker also quotes from her own writings. The presentation is enhanced with visual projections. Orsolya Karafiáth, poet, translator, journalist, and singer, organizes and hosts cultural events.
