Safeguarding justice, curatorship and guardianship

Luxembourg law recognizes several protection regimes for adults which aim to ensure the protection and asset management of people who are sick, weakened or unable to express their wishes: legal protection, curatorship and guardianship. These protection regimes are therefore both a protection against malicious third parties and a means of expression in the face of administrative and financial requirements.

With: Paul Zens, specialist in human sciences, guardianship service. General Prosecutor's Office of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Central Social Assistance Service

The event is organized by Blëtz ASBL, a non-profit association that works to support those affected by a stroke in Luxembourg.
