It's time to actively address existing inequalities. In April, we focus on the theme "stigma of single-parent families" - the challenges, prejudices, and systemic barriers that single parents face daily. In one of the richest countries in the world, no one should be left behind by structural injustices, yet single parents in Luxembourg are often threatened by poverty, socially isolated, and psychologically stressed. Studies, like those by STATEC (2023), provide confirming numbers - yet it is everyday life that shows the real, often invisible problems.
