Autumn is just around the corner! The apples on the trees have taken on their beautiful colours and make us dream of apple pie, apple compote and "Viz" (apple juice)! And it is precisely the "Viz" that will be at the centre of our intergenerational workshop in September! In a friendly atmosphere and with the help of our mediator, the apples will first be transformed into must, before giving their juice after several passes through the fruit press. This will then be bottled, which we will decorate with our own labels! A workshop for young and old (children must be accompanied by an adult) which ends with the traditional snack.
