The lunch break that satiates
To get a good lunch, treat yourself to a no-frills museum outing that will whet your appetite. This quick and condensed formula allows you to familiarize yourself with a work or object from our collections, without taking up too much of your lunch break.
Since the creation of radio broadcasting, radio receivers have been given a very important place in everyday life, which is also reflected in the importance they take in furniture. Today, most people no longer have specific radio receivers, but use other tools that allow them to listen to the radio alongside other uses, such as televisions and mobile phones. Radios are increasingly broadcast via the internet and can be listened to anywhere in the world – large antennas like the one in Junglinster that allowed waves to be broadcast in a specific region have almost become useless. Radios are therefore rarely visible in furniture these days.
