Being a parent can be a wonderful and rewarding experience, but it is not always easy. Raising children is often challenging, exhausting, tiring and frustrating.
The goal of this scientifically tested program is to make raising children easier.
The emphasis of the course is therefore on the interaction (especially communication) between parents and child, because often small changes are enough to improve the entire family situation.
The exchange with the Triple P trainer and the other parents present aims to make daily parenting less stressful!
