And it is indeed a pledge of happiness that the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and its musical director, the Venezuelan Rafael Payare, have in store for the Philharmonie audience. Surrounded by pianist Daniil Trifonov in Ludwig van Beethoven's First Piano Concerto, they will be complemented by the spirited Symphonie fantastique by Hector Berlioz and Jeder Baum spricht by Iranian-Canadian composer Iman Habibi. Happiness and little birds guaranteed!
