Artificial Intelligence, What Ethical Challenge?
The deployment of artificial intelligence in all sectors of human activity poses a real ethical challenge. Addressing this challenge means dealing with a complex situation that presents itself as a test. In the case of AI deployment, it is the conjunction of several facts that creates such a situation. Can an ethical response provide guarantees for a dignified and happy human existence in algorithmically assisted societies?
This conference aims to suggest avenues for reflection to all those faced with this transformation. It is led by Thierry Ménissier, Professor of Political Philosophy at the University Grenoble Alpes and Head of the "Ethics & AI" chair at the Grenoble Multidisciplinary Institute for Artificial Intelligence.
