Join with a likeminded online community to practice mindfulness. Research suggests that one of the things that helps us maintain our practice over time is meditating in a group.
Every second Wednesday morning we meet on Zoom to share 30 minutes of practice which includes the introduction of a short teaching theme and a longer guided practice of 20-25 minutes.
