A little girl wants a boat to go in search of an unknown island and her father who disappeared a long time ago. The old captain Yvan then decides to accompany the child in his quest for the impossible to teach him that at sea as in life, you must always hold on and stay the course for your dreams. Here they are off on a rebellious and poetic journey defying the boundaries of here and elsewhere. Loosely inspired by The Tale of the Unknown Island by José Saramago.
