The Anapana meditation will resume on Wednesday evenings with Konstantin at 7:30 pm.
Anapana meditation is one of the essential practices for cultivating mindfulness. It involves observing the natural flow of the breath. It's a simple technique that helps to calm and focus the mind, gradually helping us gain control over our impulses and actions.
Beginners are welcome at any time.
Remember to dress comfortably and bring a small blanket.
