In this immersive one-day workshop, it’s all about somatic awareness – the art of consciously perceiving your body and connecting with yourself. Before you can connect authentically with others, it’s essential to understand yourself. How we feel in our own bodies profoundly influences how we interact with others.

During this day, we will refine our self-awareness, discover our strategies, and explore what we lack, what we desire, and how we currently approach relationships – or how we would like to approach them.

- **Explore your needs and set boundaries** – Learn to recognize and respect your personal limits.
- **Presence** – Be fully here and now.
- **Sharing Circle** – Experience compassion and sharing in a caring group.
