If you're in Luxembourg for the holidays this year, let's all celebrate together at Urban on Tuesday 24 December! I've booked tables adding up to 20 people, again upstairs on the 1st floor of Urban like we did for Thanksgiving. We can eat, drink, and be merry all in our own space :) Come in from 15:00 onward, we don't necessarily all have to eat at the same time but the kitchen will be taking last orders at 17:00. There will be a roast dinner option in addition to Urban's normal menu.
I thought it would also be a nice idea to do a "Secret Santa" gift exchange. Once the event is fully booked, I will send you a private message with the name of another attendee. Bring a small gift for them to the event, at no more than a €20 value, either wrapped or in a gift bag. Please be sure to put their name on it clearly! Don't worry, it is totally normal that you likely do not know the person you'll be buying for -- that's half the fun!
At Urban, I will play Santa once we are all settled in. If the event is not full by the 20th, I will cap reservations on that day and send out the names so that everyone has time to plan! Please be sure to keep your Meetup notifications ON so you see when I send you a name, and of course if there are any relevant announcements! As usual, the PayPal fee is a deposit to fight against no-shows and guarantee your spot at the event. I will reimburse this amount to you after you arrive at the event, and we will then all pay our own food and drinks at the end separately as normal. Can't wait to see you all there!
