A little girl wants a boat to search for an unknown island and her father, who disappeared a long time ago. The old captain Yvan then decides to accompany the child in her quest for the impossible, to teach her that at sea, as in life, one must always hold on and stay true to one's dreams. They set off on a quirky and poetic journey defying the boundaries of here and beyond! Loosely inspired by The Tale of the Unknown Island by José Saramago.
