Inspired by hatha yoga, the practice of yoga on a chain is not only reserved for a senior public, it is also suitable for anyone wishing to maintain the mobility of the body and joints by promoting stretching, toning muscles and simply enjoying a session to relax and release tension.
The sessions are based around breathing, warming up the joints before tackling a series of movements, then finishing with relaxation or meditation.
