On the edge of the stage, an elderly woman sits at a table, waiting. In front of her, a teapot and two cups: hers and the one for a guest who doesn't come. Her eyes lost in thought as her daughter visits her, she recalls moments with this man, a refugee, who recently attempted to cross to England and hasn't been heard from... he seems to have disappeared.
A mother waiting and her daughter who doesn't understand! Thus, the two women will, in a tense face-off, confront their opposing views on migration in transit.
A creation by the Compagnie l’Ananas givré, which chose to address the subject through the lens of what is truly happening close to home, notably in the Nantimont area (near Habay in the province of Luxembourg) and the adjacent small wood.
Supported by Crilux and the Province of Luxembourg in collaboration with CIEP, the Amnesty group of Bastogne, and the Fedasil Center of Senonchamps.
