This course offers a fresh start if you're new to meditation, or a refresher if you're already experienced. Either way, we hope that with the knowledge and experience gained from these sessions, you'll live a healthier, happier life!
Our online teams will lead interactive sessions and workshops in multiple languages. Individual mentoring is available for those who wish.
