This course invites you on a transformative journey, blending the mystery of Yin and the vitality of Yang. It begins in calm, with the gentle and meditative practice of Yin Yoga.
Here, you'll immerse yourself in poses that tap into ancient meridian lines, guiding Chi—your life force energy—through the body like a tranquil river.
Over time, this practice stretches and nourishes deeper connective tissues, releasing tension you didn’t even know you were carrying. Some days, we might start with myofascial release, a self-massage-like practice that dissolves knots and softens scar tissue, untangling layers of held stress.
Then the energy shifts. You’ll dive into a dynamic Yang practice, where slow, intentional movements build strength and resilience. Alignment is key here: this isn’t a race, but a mindful exploration of your body’s power. Sometimes we reverse the course, starting with the fiery energy of Yang before softening into Yin, and concluding with deep relaxation and meditation. Each class is an unfolding story, where opposites meet and balance is restored.
